SHIPPING, COLLECTION & DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the United Kingdom.

If you are based in Europe or further afield including the United States, please do get in touch and we can furnish you with a quote for bespoke shipping.

What are the delivery options? (U.K. & Gsy)

Shipping: We endeavour to post your order, on the next working day after you place the order. 

Sometimes shipping doesn't always translate as we hope - if the cost seems a little off, please contact us with details of your order and we can create a bespoke shipping option for you. 

Should you wish to receive your order in the speediest time possible - please get in touch and we will do what we can to give it wings :)

Local

Jersey Local Pick Up: Once you have placed an order, local collection is available at My Uncle's House in St.Lawrence (Jersey) at the following times:

Tuesday: 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm

Friday: 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm

Saturday: 10am -12:30pm

Address details for collection will be provided once your order has been placed.  Please do bring your confirmation email when you come to collect.

Jersey Local Delivery: 

** Free Local Delivery on all orders during November & December** (Just call us Santa Claus)

We will (for a small fee) deliver your order to your requested address in Jersey.  If your order amounts to £85 or more, we will deliver free of charge. 

 

If you choose local delivery, we will be in touch with our next local delivery dates and any information that we need from you (including clear instructions of your address).  We aim to deliver most orders within 48 hours.

 

Please note that addresses must be Google verified to use local delivery.

 

 

Gifting: If your order is a gift and you would like us to include a message to your recipient, please leave the details in the notes section at checkout. 

We currently don’t carry gift boxes (working on it!) but all purchases are lovingly wrapped.

 

Gift Cards: Gift cards are a digital product, which will be e-mailed you to upon purchase, in order to redeem your gift card you must enter your unique reference at checkout.
